Return and refund policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JoloMoto- Motorradhaus Dresden Online MT UG, Hamburger Straße 29, 01067, Germany, Tel .: 0351/25020350, E-Mail: support@jolomoto.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. . a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods if you send the goods back to us from Germany and use a return slip or sticker provided by us for the return, which we will send to you by email or on request in the event of cancellation to be sent by post. You can request the return slip or sticker by phone at o. A. Telephone number or by e-mail to the above Request an email address from us. Otherwise you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Affiliated / Financed Business
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender takes on our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
