JMC AdBlue® reducing agents for SCR exhaust treatment of diesel engines

• AdBlue® is a high purity 32.5% urea solution standardized in accordance with DIN 70070
• It is transported in a separate tank for vehicles with SCR (selective catalytic reduction) technology
• The urea solution is fed to the catalyst and therefore requires absolute purity
• Pollutants in the exhaust gases of diesel-powered commercial vehicles are thus reduced by up to 80%
• This means that the future EURO 5 standard can also be complied with

How much AdBlue is needed?

AdBlue consumption averages about 5% of diesel consumption. For motorway journeys, therefore, it is necessary to use about 0.5 l per 100 km with a consumption of 10 l of diesel fuel
